Universal Exercise Unit

In November 2025, 10 Kids SPOT staff members were trained to use the Universal Exercise Unit (UEU), also known as a Spider Cage. The Spider Cage uses a pulley system, bungee cords, and weights to target specific muscles needed for functional movement. This allows the user to perform exercises with "no gravity" as they are suspended, allowing for more focused movement for individuals with muscle weakness.

This awesome therapy tool promotes independence, improves balance, strength, and endurance, and assists in motor functions.
